TyFix Academy (“TyFix Academy”, “we”, “us”), a DBA of TyFix Auto Sales LLC, operates www.tyfixacademy.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or register for a training, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you give us when you register: name, email address, phone number, and answers to the registration questions.
  • Your Instagram handle, if you choose to share it.
  • The consent you give to be contacted, including the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed.
  • Usage information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through analytics and advertising pixels.

How we use it

  • To register you for the training and send you the details, reminders and the join link.
  • To follow up after the training by email and text message about TyFix Academy programs.
  • To run and improve the site and measure whether our ads work.
  • To meet legal obligations and keep records of consent.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send you training reminders, the join link, and follow-up messages about TyFix Academy. We will not share your phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site and send messages on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and text message delivery (SlickText). They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@tyfixacademy.com.

Children

The site and trainings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top is the date of the current version.
